Eight pleated graduated net layers of rigid tulle - seven long and one short layer, are built on net
panties with 10 cm basque attached to an elastic waistband. Two crinoline resilient hoops is inserted in the middle layer with two extra short ruffles on the edge. The length of the top layer is 36 cm.
The first two layers are shorter on the 2 cm than the previous and every next layers is shorter on the 5 cm.
Six large hook and eyes are attached at the back to fasten the skirt.
