Placing an order and payment

Orders are placed by customers on the website by placing product model codes and the number of desired products in a virtual basket. The client selects a delivery service on the website, indicates his personal data: name, email, postal address, telephone. After this, the site program calculates the cost of the entire order, including delivery costs. The client is given the opportunity to choose a payment method; after selecting the client, the program transfers the client to the website of the payment organization, where payment is made. Online payment is made in maximum security using a payment card as a payment instrument, which allows online transactions. After payment you will receive a payment confirmation to your email address. The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard, which means a new global approach to customer authentication in secure online transactions. This security measure involves redirecting the user when making a payment to a secure bank page where each cardholder is authenticated by assigning a one-time code for each online transaction. Refunds are made only to the payment card that was used for the purchase.

To pay you will need to enter your bank card details. The transfer of this information is carried out in compliance with all necessary security measures. Information is transmitted in encrypted form and stored only on a specialized server of the payment system.

To make a payment, the following data will be requested:

  • Card number (16 digits)
  • Expiration date (month and year)
  • CVC or CVV code (3 digits)
  • First and last name on the payment card, of the card holder

Delivery of products and delivery conditions.

The buyer himself chooses the postal service for delivery of the order. The terms of delivery of the client's order depend on the time frame for receiving the order indicated by the client and his financial capabilities, since the shorter the delivery time of the parcel by the postal service, the more expensive the cost of sending the order. Delivery of orders is carried out under CPT terms (Incoterms 2020). 

Upon receipt of the product, the buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging and the presence of the delivery note in the presence of a postal service employee. Any subsequent claims regarding these matters will not be accepted.
