Six pleated graduated net layers of soft tulle- five long and one short layer, are built on net
panties with 6 cm basque attached to an elastic waistband. One crinoline resilient hoop is inserted in the middle layer with two extra short ruffles on the edge. The length of the top layer is 34 cm.
The first two layers are shorter on the 2 cm than the previous and every next layers is shorter on the 5 cm.Five large hook and eyes are attached at the back to fasten the skirt.
