Eight pleated graduated net layers of semi soft tulle- seven long and one short layer. Two crinoline resilient hoops is inserted in the middle layer with two extra short ruffles on the edge. The length of the top layer is 36-38 cm, with each successive layer being 4 cm shorter than the previous layer. Six large hook and eyes are attached at the back to fasten the skirt. This rehearsal ballet tutu is professionally designed and is available for both adults and children. Tutu bags are available for those who want to transport their costumes more safely.
