Professional basic tutu with hoops T 0001J

This is a professional tutu that consist s of 5layers of soft tule, the basque and panties are made of spandex (lycra). 
One crinoline resilient hoops is inserted in the 3-rd layer of the tutu. The tutu fastens on the back side on 6 hooks with loops. The length of the top layer is 30 cm.
The product can be sewn in any color of customer’s request.
Only professional and qualified seamstresses and designers work on the costume.
