This light romantic basic tutu consists of five layers of soft and rigid tulle; Each layer is made of many gussets. All the layers are attached to the tulle panties.
The panties are attached to the tulle basque (7cm) and fastened to the elastic waistband. The length of the skirt varies between 80 and 100 cm.
